MOTIVATION: Many things motivate people to want exercise, but how many things actually get people to do it? Michelle will be that motivating voice encouraging you to enjoy your fitness.

SAFETY: Buying fitness equipment is a great first step, but not knowing how to use it can be a dangerous set back. Michelle will be looking out for your safety and teaching you how to stay injury free.

EFFECTIVE TRAINING SESSIONS: Knowing what to do and how to do it are key to any fitness success and can save you lots of time. Michelle will educate you on proper form and technique, so that you can have the most effective work out in the shortest amount of time.

INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAMS: Not every exercise is suitable for every person. The setbacks to following a generalized program may include creating muscle imbalances, overlooking an existing injury or omitting sports-specific exercises from your routine. Michelle will assess your needs and abilities and create a program that focuses on them.

CONSISTENCY: Anyone can be taught to be safe and educated about their fitness, but if consistency is lacking, goals cannot be met and motivation will in turn be jeopardized. Michelle will help keep you on track of your commitment to fitness.

The reason most people are motivated to exercise is for a general feeling of well-being. Sometimes well-being means prevention or control of diseases such as cardiovascular, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, and many types of cancer. Other times well-being simply means feeling stronger, both mentally and physically.

Whatever your reasons are I know that they are important and are always taken into consideration for each of your training sessions. Whether you want to be faster, stronger, healthier, or leaner I will train you to see that it will be done. Ultimately this means that your program is personalized for you. We will work together, adjusting and re-evaluating as you advance in order to stay on top of your goal.
